The LiteConsole brand, responsible for a distinctive range of popular portable mobile DJ booths, has been purchased by Pro Audio-Technik Ltd. Nick McGeachin, LiteConsole's Founder and Brand Director, will retain his role under the new German ownership.
Lukas Neubauer, Managing Director of Pro Audio-Technik, stated: "I have been aware of LiteConsole and its potential for many years, and my company has distributed the brand in Germany for the past four years. It became very obvious to me that the brand required some serious attention, and that is exactly what will happen."
Nick McGeachin added: "I have known Lukas for more than fifteen years and we are very good friends. Obviously I share his vision for LiteConsole's future. I am very confident that the product improvements and additions we will be implementing and introducing will be well received by our target markets worldwide. Normal service has been resumed!"
